Shipping and delivery

Gallafy is a service you use online. Nothing physical is shipped to you, so there is no courier and no delivery charge.
How you get it
You get access when you create an account, and you use it by signing in from a web browser.
What you receive
Access to your own account on the service, and the documents you make in it — invoices, reports and exports — which you open or download from the app.
If you cannot get in
If you paid and cannot sign in, write to the address on the contact page and we will look into it. The refund policy says when a charge is refunded, including the first seven days of a monthly charge, the first thirty days of a yearly one, and a charge made twice or in error.
